Cooperation and Partnership

Any juristic person and or party in support and or solidarity of restorative justice, equity, equality and harmonious relationships amongst citizens of the world and in particular the oppressed masses of the global south, amongst whom are the Ovaherero people of Southern Africa who at the turn of the last centaury suffered the first genocide of that centaury at the hands of imperial Germany, but are yet to receive justice, is eligible for a mutually beneficial cooperation and partnership arrangement with the Ovaherero Genocide Foundation.

This cooperation and partnership arrangement could be structured along two broad categories. Under the first category, the cooperation and partnership arrangement could be institution-wide and include all matters under the OGF and cooperating or partner institution. Under the second category, the cooperation and partnership arrangement could be targeted towards a defined program, project and or activity of OGF and cooperating or partner institution.

Cooperation and partnership arrangements shall formally be entered into upon satisfaction of the following conditions:

1. Joint acceptance of the terms and conditions of the cooperation and partnership arrangement.
2. Provision of certified identity documents.
